Winnie the Pooh, often referred to simply as Pooh or Winnie/Bear, is a fictional anthropomorphic teddy bear created by A. A. Milne. He is a central character in numerous Disney animated movies, TV shows, and related media.

The honey-loving bear resides in the Hundred Acre Wood and is known for his simple nature and love of food, particularly honey (which he calls "hunny"). His friends include Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, Rabbit, and Christopher Robin.

Pooh's first appearance in Disney animation was in the 1966 theatrical short "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree". From there, he went on to star in a variety of movies and TV shows, becoming a beloved and iconic character worldwide.
